Welcome to the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, a three-day community of folk music and dance at the foot of the Berkshires in east-central New York State.
The 2010 festival will be held July 23rd - 25th, 2010.
The festival will be returning to a three-day format in 2010. The pros and cons have been discussed a good deal on the FR Forum, it's basically a preservation of quality over quantity issue. We still plan to open for early-bird camping on Wednesday afternoon, but all stages will start on Friday.
Artists booked so far for 2010 include Gandalf Murphy & the Slambovian Circus of Dreams, Vance Gilbert, Dala, Giant Robot Dance, Nerissa & Katrina Nields, and our three top voted by audience Showcase Artists from 2009: The Brilliant Inventions, Swing Caravan and chuck e. costa. More confirmed artists will be announced shortly.
